The three bodies

One being, three bodies. The finest is the causal: the five elements, as they are placed in us, with the Spirit; together they make the soul. Then the subtle: the centres. Then the gross: the body. The causal acts on the centres, and through the centres on the body. That is why the three are looked at together, and why one moves from one to the other.

"The Spirit and the causal put together is the Soul."
— Shri Mataji, Volterra, 25 July 1986 (302·§13)

“See it in 3D” opens the body: about 40 MB, Wi-Fi advised · “Read the card”: one sentence, the how, the source

how it works

The causal: the five elements in us. Not a body one would see: the way the five elements are placed in each one, giving identity and character ("These five elements; the way they are placed in you. That's the causal element", 302·§7). Her example: fragrance is the causal of the Mother Earth (Lausanne, 26 August 1982).

The subtle: the centres. "And the subtle you have the chakras." (302·§7)

The gross: the body. "And the gross is the body." (302·§7)

The link. "Then these causals act on the chakras and through the chakras these causals act on the other …on the grosser side." (302·§7). The elements are the body of the centres: "they are the body of the chakras also" (Bordi, 26 January 1977, 1026·§97).

What you see here. Three doors: causal · subtle · physical. Each opens its body on the same chassis, a real human body; you move from one to the other without changing place. The causal is the least advanced of the three: it carries Her sentences and a first drawing in Her words (seven loops behind the spinal cord, five envelopes, the soul in the sacrum); at each centre, its element, and its causal only when She names it.
